Order Inspection Process

When you place an order with us, our team of experts carefully inspects each pendant before it is packaged and shipped. This inspection process involves checking for any defects, imperfections, or damage that may have occurred during production. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Refundable Policy

Due to the unique and hand-made nature of our jewelry, we have a non-refundable policy in place. Once an order has been placed and the inspection process has been completed, we are unable to offer refunds. Only if the item received is incorrect or faulty, will an exchange or refund be allowed. 

Kindly email support@nandsatelier.com within 7 days of receiving the item, with a clear photo of the defect,  with your name and order number. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-Exchangeable Policy

Similarly, we have a non-exchangeable policy. Once an order has been inspected and shipped, we are unable to accept exchanges. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing the purchase to ensure that you have selected the correct pendant that aligns with your preferences and values.
