By visiting our site, purchasing from us, or buying our products at in-person vendor events, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including all referenced policies. All handcrafted products are subject to availability and may be offered in limited quantities. We strive to display accurate images and descriptions; however, color and appearance may vary due to screen settings or lighting.

Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

Pricing & Value Policy

At N and S Atelier, every piece is individually handcrafted and priced to reflect its quality, uniqueness, and artistic value. For this reason, our collections maintain consistent pricing that honors our artistry and do not participate in temporary price reductions.

5. Orders & Billing

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. You agree to provide accurate and current billing and contact information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. For details on returns and exchanges, please refer to our Refund Policy.

6. Jewelry Safety Guidelines for Children

IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE
Because N and S Atelier jewelry is visually bright, reflective, and richly colored, it may appear candy-like or toy-like to young children. Our jewelry is intended as decorative wearable art and is not designed or certified as children’s toys. These items are not certified as child-safe or toy-grade products.

Age Recommendations

• Under 3 years old: Jewelry is not recommended due to significant choking, strangulation, and ingestion risks from small parts, chains, wires, and cords.
• Ages 3–6: Close adult supervision is mandatory. Jewelry should be simple and lightweight and must be removed during sleep, play, or physical activity.
• Ages 6 and up: A broader range of jewelry may be appropriate, but supervision is still advised. Jewelry should be removed during sports, rough play, bathing, and bedtime.

Additional Safety Considerations

• Jewelry should never be placed in the mouth, chewed, or used as a toy.
• Children should not run, climb, or sleep while wearing jewelry.
• Necklaces and cords should not be worn unsupervised due to strangulation risk.
• Broken, loose, or damaged jewelry should be discontinued from use and kept away from children.
• Glass components must be handled carefully and stored safely out of reach when not in use.
• Parents or guardians are responsible for determining appropriate use based on the child’s age, maturity, and activity level.

By purchasing or allowing a child to wear our jewelry, the buyer acknowledges responsibility for safe handling and supervision and releases N and S Atelier from responsibility for misuse or unsafe handling.

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, all custom design work created by N and S Atelier remains the intellectual property of N and S Atelier, including design concepts, sketches, prototypes, and finished pieces. Submission of ideas does not establish ownership rights, compensation rights, or exclusivity unless a formal written agreement is executed.

We are under no obligation to maintain submitted materials in confidence unless a separate confidentiality agreement has been signed. We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, edit, or remove content that we determine to be unlawful, offensive, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
